SL Series quick-set high-gloss offset ink
Application:
SL-Series quick-set high-gloss process offset ink is a type of economical offset ink with very good printing performance. It can be used for single color or multi-color trapping on single-color or multi-color press. It can be used for coated paper, offset paper printing with the speed up to 10,000 sheets per hour.

Usage:
It may be directly used on printing presses in normal conditions.
If there are special requirements, please adjust according to the following instructions:
1.please add some mixed drier 25-27 with quantity 0-1 % to accelerate the drying speed;
2.add 05-92 tack reducer or 52-94 diluter to reduce the tack, adding quantity of 0-3%
3.add 52-94 diluent or 6# varnish to reduce the tack and thickness of the ink, adding quantity of 0-5%;
4. if need UV coating, please make sure that it is compatible with the UV varnish.
