SE-Series quick-set high-gloss offset ink

Application:

SE-Series quick-set high-gloss process offset ink is developed on the demand of printing shops for wide requirements presses. SE-Series process ink may be used to print various high grade prints such as exquisite packaging print, picture albums, calendars, trademarks etc. on coated paper, white board paper, etc. Specially recommended for packaging printing thanks to its excellent cost-performance. It is a typical sheet-fed printing ink for the printing speed of 8000 to 10000 sheets per hour.

Characteristics:

Soft body, easily to print;

Fast setting, high gloss, brilliant color;

Stability on press, good ink-water balance;

Good print transferability.

Usage:

• It may be directly used on printing presses in      normal conditions.

• If there are special requirements, please adjust      according to the following instructions:
       ▲ using diluent 52-94      with less than 5% to adjust the ink if the body is thick, if using vanish      #6 it is recommended to add some dryer to avoid impacting on the drying      property ;
       ▲ for special      requirements or different conditions using 05-92 tack reducer with less      than 5% to reduce the tack and add some dryer;
       ▲ for      high prints (e.g solid color) it is recommended to add some 2527 dryer with less than 2%;
       ▲ using 05-93 Tinting medium to make light      color inks.

▲ for multicolor press the previous color ink should with less or without dryer to avoid crystallization.
