CP-Series Non-Skinning Quickset High-gloss Offset Ink
Application:
This Series ink is highly suitable for single color or multi-color press on substrates of coated paper, white board paper etc. It may be used to print various high-grade prints such as exquisite packaging print, picture albums, calendars, trademarks etc. As a general type of sheet-fed printing ink it is suitable for the printing speed of about 10,000 sheets per hour.
Characteristics:
Fast setting, high gloss, brilliant color;
Sharp and complete dot, good water-fighting;
Good printing transferability;
Stays fesh in the open cans for about 36 hours;
Stays open in fountain for about 36 hours;
Ease to handle and can be used directly without any other additives under normal conditions.

Usage and instructions:
It may be directly used on presses in normal conditions.
Because of influences of different temperature, humidity, paper or printing speed, please adjust the ink according to the following instructions:
▲add 2527 mixed dryer to accelerate the drying speed, addition amount of less than 2%;
▲add #62 rub-resistance varnish to improve the rub resistance property, addition amount :4—6%;
▲if the ink is too thick, please add some 52-94 diluent or #6 printing varnish, addition amount of less than 5%.
