05-Series quick-set high-gloss offset ink
Application:
05-Series quick-set high-gloss process offset ink is highly suitable for sheet-fed offset printing machines, including single color or multi-color trapping on single color or multi-color press. It is also suitable for printing on modern high speed offset press. 05-Series process ink may be used to print various high grade prints such as exquisite packaging print, picture albums, calendars, product instructions and samples. It is suitable for the printing speed of about 10000 sheets per hour.
Characteristics:
Si-Lian brand 05-Series quick-set high-gloss offset ink is the new generation of high quality sheet-fed offset ink. The characteristics are listed as follows:
1) Bright and pure color and good color strength satisfy the print with high color density.
2) Fast setting and good drying make it possible that ink dries fast on paper without skinning on press. In the meantime it can bring high gloss to the print.
3) Excellent ink/fountain solution balance property on the press can suit different solution charge system of various press. Ink properties on press are stable.
4) Rheology like ink body will not be influenced a lot under the high shear stress of press, which results in low dot gain, clear dot, complete print and full gradation.
